Tomorrow, Tomorrow...

Let go of tomorrow. How long are you going to lie to yourself about doing it tomorrow? Or, starting tomorrow?  Do you promise yourself that you will get your life together tomorrow or start your diet tomorrow?

You know tomorrow is Friday, so why don’t you just wait until Monday.

And actually, Monday is the 27th, so you should really just wait until October 1st.

But then the holidays will be here, and you will be so busy, it is best to just start fresh in the New Year.

I mean, 2020 and 2021 were $h!t Shows. So who can blame you?

But January 1, that is it!  Fresh start.  You are going to diet, budget, declutter and start yoga.

You declare big changes starting ____, and then your brain starts up with all of the excuses, and you believe them. You think this is the wrong time to start a diet or organize your house or start to search for a new job.  

The reality is depending on what you celebrate, there are only 8 – 16 more days, out of the 100 left in the year, that are actual holidays. 

Why not drop the excuses and start to make the changes you want to see in your life? Imagine how you would feel on January 1 if you were down 10 pounds, your guestroom was fit for guests, or you were getting settled into your new job?

You don’t want to waste a quarter of the year and put off living the life you want. The leaves are starting to change (well, not in Texas, but that is beside the point), and you can too!
