I’m just a simple girl with a dream. The dream of continually evolving and creating an expansive life that I’m passionate about and helping other women do the same.

Coaching helped me realize that although I was okay and life was good, I was living a life of “shoulds” and was a major people pleaser. I had to go deep to decide what I wanted my life to look like and to believe I could make that happen.

A few years ago, I went to work on figuring out what sparked joy in my soul, who I wanted to be, and what I wanted my life to look like. And then I got to work creating that life.

My confidence improved, I found a purpose that I’m passionate about, and I am living MY life.

It is not sunshine and roses every day, but it is a great life that I am living intentionally.

Now I’m on a mission to help you show up confidently, live boldly, and create the life you desire by setting and achieving goals.
